Q: I need an order for next week, can you help?
A: Although we do understand the need for last minute orders this is not the type of service we are specialised in. Our products come directly from the factory in Asia, which enables our clients to benefit from much more cost-effective pricing . This permits t hem to stretch that restricted marketing budget that much further. Q: I would like to order a small quantity, such as 5 units. Can you help?
A: Chimera13 specializes in medium to large orders for promotional products. We deal directly with the factories to provide custom orders specific to the needs of our clients. As a result, the per unit cost drops significantly, so despite the increased order size you may not, in fact, be spending more money! Ask us for a quote. Q: I have an idea for an item but I have never seen it on the market before. Can you help?
A: This is one of the major advantages of working with Chimera13. Since we deal with the factories directly anything you want or can dream up we can get made for you. This advantage gives our clients the flexibility to choose tried and true products or to order items that are more specific to their customer’s needs.

Q: I am very price conscious but i don't want my product to look cheap. Can you help?
A: For every item that we offer, from t-shirts to keychains, you can determine the quality you'd prefer. It's entirely up to you!

Q: I am very environmentally conscious; do you have products that can answer these needs?
A: Green products are very much in demand these days. We're aware of the needs of our customers to respect the environment as much as possible, and we deal with many factories currently offering products that are either made from green materials and/or have a green theme.
